[worldKit-dev] Problem with zoomify and annotations in 3.0b [signed]

I haven't fully investigated this in previous versions, but I've  
noticed that annotations do not 'shift' properly if you use the up  
and down arrows of the toolbar in a zoomified image. Left and right  
seem OK.
