Welcome! Hope worldKit can be useful.

worldKit is a flash map viewer, primarily displaying GeoRSS feeds. It might be one component useful for your system. Probably depends on the kind of data you have in mind, and a number of factors.

Subject: [worldKit-dev] Introduction

Hi,

I am new to this list, I have just had a quick glance at Worldkit and have a question.

I am considering a system to centralise Climate Change data for Australia and looking at various systems and components of systems that might be useful. I am fairly new to this area of technology, and just wanting to get an idea on if Worldkit is an option I could consider.

The overall system I want to build is to have a facility for people to load data in, and have it searchable by a network of Climate Change specialists around Australia.
