The limitation is flash. I think the best bet is to convert your jpeg2000 image to regular jpeg (gimp might be able to do it, photoshop certainly), then run zoomify on that.

Hello worldkit-dev,

I need to use jpeg2000 or ECW.  Has anyone done this?  Can someone add that support?

There is a guy that claims to have made a zoomify shim which mimics the directory structure of a zoomify folder and then dynamically generate the jpg from a jpeg2000 on the fly when requested.  The url is here: http://dltj.org/article/introducing-j2ktilerenderer/  Im not a programmer so I dont know how to get this going..

Any ideas?
