[worldKit-dev] Black border on map

When using Worldkit V3 on Internet Explorer 6.0, I'm getting a black border on the right and the bottom.  It looks fine in Mozilla.  The height/width is the same in the HTML and the config.xml (800x400).  Even the map on the worldkit homepage http://worldkit.org/  has this same black border when viewed with IE 6.0 for me.
 
Can anyone else verify (maybe its just a local browser setting I have)?
